We want to make sure you’re always feeling your very best, because being sick and talking on the phone is never fun! Our Vision Ambassador, Maggie, was helping a woman named Ciara return her glasses. Ciara kept apologizing about her voice because she had the flu. After the call, Maggie sent her a get well card and care package, to make sure Ciara was back in tip-top shape. Ciara said:

The Next Generation
We like to take care of our customers, even the littlest ones! Our ambassador, Lawrence, was helping Jennifer with her order on the phone when he heard the cutest “hello” from her baby on the line. Lawrence added a baby toy to Jennifer’s new order as a special surprise, and Jennifer replied:
